To be a champion for our young people and be a catalyst for systemic change in our schools, communities, and cities

through a dynamic process that empowers youth and adults to become leaders in their

own lives, and partners in service to their own communities.

We must learn to provide our children with the tools and opportunity to be part of any and all efforts aimed at changing their lives. The well-being of our children is the issue; their preparedness to inherit a world of certainty and a global restructuring is our challenge.

Students who are empowered to take responsibility for their own education become lifelong learners and problem-solvers in making their school and community a better place.
